Extract tables from a PDF into Excel. Follow the steps in the sidebar on the left.

    One PDF per run. Drag and drop or choose a file · PDF only · up to 50MB.

    Page range & sheet layout

    Optionally limit pages to process. Choose one sheet per table or a single combined sheet.

    Extract tables

    Click Extract to Excel. AI OCR finds tables page by page and merges continuations across pages.

    Download

    Download the .xlsx workbook when extraction completes. Progress and stats appear here.
